| PURPOSE:
To keep the
general public and relevant government agencies informed as to the
ongoing status of the environmental degradation due to illegal off-road
vehicle (ORV) activity in the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) region
known as The Haley Hills in northwestern Pinal County, Sonoran Desert of
Arizona.
SCOPE: biweekly or monthly in general SUMMARY: That depends on the individual report. The report is sent in the form of an e-mail newsletter to a list of individuals who have a special role or share a common responsibility with regard to this issue: namely public employees who work for the agencies that manage these public lands: the BLM, Arizona Game & Fish, and Pinal County. It is also sent to other interested individuals and conservation groups. Selected portions are also posted on my blog. |
