FINAL UPDATE

Public Commentary Regarding
Pinal County Open Space and
Trails Master Plan

PURPOSE: To keep the general public and relevant government agencies informed as to the ongoing status of the environmental degradation due to illegal off-road vehicle (ORV) activity in the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) region known as The Haley Hills in northwestern Pinal County, Sonoran Desert of Arizona.

SCOPE:  biweekly or monthly in general

SUMMARY: That depends on the individual report.  The report is sent in the form of an e-mail newsletter to a list of individuals who have a special role or share a common responsibility with regard to this issue:  namely public employees who work for the agencies that manage these public lands:  the BLM, Arizona Game & Fish, and Pinal County.  It is also sent to other interested individuals and conservation groups.  Selected portions are also posted on my blog.

All these reports contain the photographs that accompanied the original newsletters.

What you permit, you promote.
